  • Email preferences if you subscribe to updates

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to deliver your coaching, follow up on agreed actions, send you resources, process payments, and comply with tax requirements. We do not sell your data to anyone.

AI Tools

We use AI tools to support our work – for example, organizing session notes or creating worksheets. We do not share sensitive client financial information with these tools, and we ensure any tools we use do not train on client data.

Who We Share Your Data With

We only share your data with the platforms we use to run our business:

  • Calendly (for booking)
  • Revolut (for payments)
  • Google Analytics (for website usage)
  • Squarespace (for our website)

These companies are bound by their own privacy commitments. We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep coaching records for 6 years (required for tax purposes). Enquiry details are kept for 2 years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data. To do any of this, email susan@ownitadvisory.com. We'll respond within one month.

Data Security

We protect your data with reasonable security measures and keep it confidential. Your information is handled securely and only Susan has access to coaching records.
