1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the OwnIt Advisory website and services. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Services

OwnIt Advisory provides financial wellbeing, coaching and educational services. We do not provide regulated financial advice or investment recommendations.

3. Cancellation & Refunds — The Financial Reset Programme

If you purchase a place on The Financial Reset programme and need to cancel, the following applies:

• Cancel 14 or more days before the programme start date: full refund, no questions asked.
• Cancel within 14 days of the start date: no refund, but your payment transfers to the next Financial Reset cohort at no extra cost.
• Cancel after the programme has started: no refund and no transfer, as your place holds a spot in a small live group that can't be backfilled.

To cancel or transfer, email susan@ownitadvisory.com with your name and payment confirmation.

4. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer based in the EU or Ireland and you purchase a programme or service from us online, by phone or otherwise at a distance, you have a statutory right to cancel your contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, simply tell us in clear terms (by email to susan@ownitadvisory.com) that you wish to cancel within the 14-day period.

If you ask us to begin delivering the programme during this 14-day period, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You expressly request that we start providing the service before the cooling-off period ends; and
• If you cancel after the service has started but before it is complete, you will pay for the proportion of the service already provided up to the point you told us you wished to cancel; and
• If the service is fully delivered before the 14-day period ends, with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgement that you would lose your right to cancel, you lose your statutory right to cancel once delivery is complete.

This statutory cooling-off right operates alongside, and does not replace, the cancellation and refund terms for the Financial Reset programme set out in Section 3 above. Where the two overlap, whichever gives you the better outcome will apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programmes, including text, materials, workbooks, frameworks and resources, is owned by OwnIt Advisory Limited and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or resell this content without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwnIt Advisory Limited accepts no liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or participation in our programmes. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
